Il Carrubo \u00e8 l\u2019Uomo<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

\u201cAttorno ad un albero e al suo paesaggio mette insieme discipline scientifiche ed umanistiche che, seppure separate in capitoli, sono attraversate da un incontro e confronto continuo. La consapevolezza insomma che, come suole dirsi, \u201cbisogna sapere tutto di qualcosa ma allo stesso tempo, qualcosa di tutto\u201d. Il rischio \u00e8 altrimenti quello di restare \u201cspecialisti ignoranti\u201d.
Il libro parte necessariamente dalla natura (\u201corigine, caratteristiche ed utilizzi\u201d \u00e8 il sottotitolo dell\u2019Introduzione di Stefano La Malfa), ma subito si confronta con la cultura. Potrebbe dirsi, in un gioco etimologico, che sceglie di non occuparsi, se non per quanto \u00e8 necessario, della coltura. Per essa sono indicati, nel testo e nell\u2019elenco bibliografico, possibili ed esaurienti approfondimenti ma si \u00e8 scelto di non percorrerli, perch\u00e9 si \u00e8 consapevoli che la \u201cforza\u201d del carrubo e del suo paesaggio, la forza che pu\u00f2 renderli non \u201csradicabili\u201d \u00e8 altrove e non solo sui risultati agronomici, economici, aziendali e di mercato, seppure fondativi. \u00c8, insieme, nella storia, nella letteratura, negli artefatti, nella medicina, negli usi gastronomici, nell\u2019incontro tra culture. Lo fanno nei loro capitoli, ricchissimi di informazioni, Alessandro D\u2019Amato, etnoantropologo, Antonio Sarnari, esperto d\u2019arte, e Carlo Blangiforti, letterato di ampio raggio. A Stefano La Malfa, il compito di introdurre e coordinare il libro e rappresentare come l\u2019arte e in particolare la pittura di Carlo Levi siano il linguaggio pi\u00f9 efficace per comprendere.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
